P10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the p10 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms apply to all users of the p10 platform operating in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the p10 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the p10 platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and p10. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform in any capacity.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of services offered by p10, you are required to register a personal account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your password, confidential. p10 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. p10 reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time for security and compliance purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a p10 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from doing the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the p10 platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, bets, or promotional systems.
- Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary. p10 reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities if required by law.
4. Payment and Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the p10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. p10 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers and DuitNow.
Deposits to your p10 account are typically processed promptly, subject to verification by the relevant financial institution. For withdrawals, users are required to fulfil all stipulated conditions, including completing full identity verification. p10 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Bonus amounts credited are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and cannot be directly withdrawn as cash unless the stipulated conditions have been met. p10 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
5. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
P10 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, p10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. p10 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or uninterrupted access at all times. Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
P10 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Failed identity verification or provision of false information.
- Requests from the relevant legal authorities.
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, p10 reserves the right to forfeit any unused promotional balances or bonuses. For account closures requested by the user with no violation involved, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the p10 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of p10 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p10.
Third-Party Links
The p10 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that p10 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites. Users are required to read and understand the terms of service of each third-party site independently.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
P10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
